Need an on-the-day planner and MC?
I adore being a Celebrant, but it is not the only job I have. I also run an Event Management company, so planning and being in control are both in my blood!
Being an Event Director means I often see things others don’t and head mini dramas off at the pass (key skills if you are having a home grown wedding). So if you want to go for an All-In package where you get me for the whole of the wedding day, check out what this includes:
- Pre-event meetings with your suppliers to ensure everyone is on the same page
- Work with your photographer and videographer to ensure you have who you need, when you need them
- Announce when your wedding breakfast is being served and announce you both into the room
- Orchestrate a receiving line if you want one - ooh or a wedding arch for you to dance through!
- Manage any queues if you are serving a buffet
- De-stress and speakers and announce speeches
- Announce any fun games, the cake cutting, the first dance as your evening gets going
- In general, do the bossing around that you are not sure your friends will be able to do after a few glasses of fizz!
