Other Ceremonies

Because celebrants write and conduct meaningful, personal and totally customised ceremonies, we can offer many types of ceremony.

Have you got a reason to celebrate? Well then, you probably have an excuse for a ceremony!

Celebrants are not confined by legalities, customs, or venues.  We are trained to work closely with you in the lead up to your ceremony, whatever it may be for, to hear all about your ideas, provide inspiration where needed, and get to know as much about you as we can. This method means that we can create a truly personal ceremony.

Our “other” category can include ceremonies for:

  • Anniversaries
  • Birthdays (particularly milestone ones)
  • Mother’s / Father’s Day
  • Hen Do’s (we are not sure it is a stag kinda thing…)
  • Retirement
  • Baby Showers
  • Divorce
  • New Job
  • End of Chemo / medical treatment celebration (I’ve done this twice and it has been amazing both times)

Bringing family and friends together is underrated, I encourage seeking excuses to do it!

Reasons to Celebrate

To learn and adapt

Developing a success mindset

Motivation

Feeling good

Happy chemicals

Recognize what’s working well in your life and why, and if there’s is something you can take from it to inspire or replicate in other parts of your life.

(Basically tease yourself with rewards!)

Celebrating your successes and milestones in life is a way to cultivate a positive mindset.

If you choose to celebrate every key success, no matter how small, you will cultivate your success attitude.

We are motivated by happiness and wellbeing. By recognising and acknowledging times in your life when events help you feel like this, celebrating can have a cumulative effect leading to the magic of momentum.

One of the best reasons to celebrate is simply that it feels good and that is what it’s all about after all, isn’t it? Whether you celebrate with a few family and friends, or a whole host, celebrations make everyone feel together.

Dopamine is released into our brain when we are happy – and boy does it feel good!

We also get it from not such healthy pursuits, so why not build lots of celebration opportunities for that dopamine rush.
