Pinterest Wedding?

Engaged? Are you on Pinterest yet?

For weddings it can be an absolute inspiration … but it can also be a tad information overload that can blow your brain!

All those PERFECT inspo pictures and pictures and more pictures. You decide you can make things yourself, and you share your board with your suppliers to help them see your vision.

Then you need to research how you make your DIY bits.

Some are easy. Some will drive you potty if you don’t have the knack.

Top advice – start with a master wedding board, where you dump every single picture you adore.

You can then create individual boards for sub categories (like above) and aim for about 20 pins per category.

Ask yourself:
💚Why did I pin this image?
💚What do I really like in this image?
💚Do I really need this image?
💚Do I have complimentary images?

Please remember, some goodies look amazing and easy to make but…. well you have heard of Pinterest Fail right!? So please be sensible.

💗Limit the number of DIY projects for your wedding to what you can honestly do and handle. KEEP IT REAL
💗Start as early as possible before your wedding otherwise they will all add up and you will run tight on time
💗Try a prototype before committing!

Remember, sometimes DIY-ing a project for your wedding isn’t always less expensive, but you can have fun if you pick the right things
