How much does a celebrant cost?
Please look at each ceremony page for details of the standard packages that are offered. I can then tailor these for you and add any elements that you feel are right for you. With these fully inclusive starting packages, and with your help, I build your own unique ceremony.
Your total price will be dependent on how many additional ceremony elements and features you want to include. We can discuss these features and their rates when we chat.
Wedding and Commitment Ceremonies

This is my most popular package and includes everything needed to create a ceremony that feels natural, relaxed and completely authentic to you both.

This package is designed for couples who want extra support beyond the ceremony itself.
Think of me as your professional calm presence throughout the day, helping with flow, keeping energy up, checking in with suppliers, settling nerves, guiding guests and making sure everything feels smooth, relaxed and enjoyable.
It’s not just wedding coordination.
It’s experienced, reassuring support from somebody who genuinely cares about your day.

For couples planning a more intimate celebration with fewer guests and a slightly simpler ceremony structure – but still wanting warmth, personality and a ceremony that feels truly personal.
2026 – £998 (plus additional element costs added if booked, and rehearsal travel costs if required)
2027 – £1099 (plus additional element costs added if booked, and rehearsal travel costs if required)

Menorca / Overseas ceremonies –
There will be a £200 travel expenses fee to add to the total cost for EU weddings.
Should I pay less than £200 for a flight and the cost of taxi transport from and to Es Mercadal/place of stay I will credit you the difference. Should I already be in Menorca or your country of choice then only the on the day travel cost of 75euro stands.

Other Ceremonies
A celebrant-led ceremony is bespoke and meaningful, with no limits to gender, race, sexual orientation, size, ability or circumstance. If you would like to discuss a ceremony get in touch! POA
IMPORTANT! Extras:
If meetings are over 60 miles away, there will be mileage (‘Mileage Allowance Payments’ ) of 45p per additional mile added to your final invoice.
- Ceremonies within a 60 mile radius do not require an overnight stay.
- Should travel be 60-90 mile radius, overnight accommodation for the night before may need to be added if the ceremony is before 2pm.
- Should travel be over 90 mile radius, overnight accommodation for the night before will need to be added.
We can’t have the celebrant running late!
